Sending interstate:

Metro: up to 3-6 business days depending on lodgement and destination points

Refund / Cancellation Handling Policy

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have certain rights to cancel a service.

What happens if you change your mind after placing the order?

We are not able to provide a refund for:

  • Change of mind;
  • You insisted of having a service in a particular way, going against the provider’s advice;
  • You failed to clearly explain your needs to the provider.

What if I am dissatisfied with the goods received? 

  • If you return the goods under our returns policy, we will offer you a full refund;
  • If you cancel for unsatisfactory services, you must return any goods connected with the service—even if there is no problem with the goods;
  • If you have paid any money for the goods, the business must give you a refund.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you have a major problem with a service or a minor problem that can’t be fixed within a reasonable time you have the right to cancel a service contract, when it is:

  • We will only offer a full refund should it satisfy the conditions listed above;
  • If the product is damaged or faulty;
  • If the product is not delivered within a reasonable time when there is no agreed end date;
  • Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy;
  • We will provide any refunds in the same form as your original payment.

What happens after a payment is made?

You will be emailed a receipt and shipping information about your goods.

When is payment requested?

The charges for any transactions made on this site are only debited from your card once the Checkout process is complete. Once payment has been received, your goods will be dispatched within one day.

Is any part of the payment subscription based?

No. Our products are non-subscription based products.
